The core of our solutions

Our innovative and forward thinking team members provide years of landscape & construction knowledge.

Water

Over 75% of rain fall occurs on the northern half of the state but 80% of water demand goes to the southern part of the state.

Energy

An efficient irrigation system, correct scheduling and correct landscape management can reduce these costs.

Sustainability

Our knowledge can provide sustainable drought proof ideas, reduce waste and offer alternative water reuse ideas.

Why Architectural Solitions?

A client’s first impression of a site can be improved by a well managed, sustainable landscape.

Technologies and services

Irrigation Audits & Assessments

An irrigation audit is the method of inspecting and measuring how effective the sprinklers are working together to apply the water within each individual irrigation zone or test area. Results are compiled and used in combination with other observations and measurements to facilitate irrigation management.

Water Reuse Systems

Water Reuse Systems or Water harvesting provides an independent water supply during regional water restrictions and in developed countries is often used to supplement the main supply. It can provide water when there is a drought, can help reduce demand on wells and on regional water supplies.

SMART Controller Technologies

Smart irrigation controllers help to manage watering schedules and run times automatically to meet specific landscape needs. These controllers are a proven technology that can improve outdoor water and could help save up to 30% of landscape water

use.

Fertilizer Injection

Fertilizer Injection or Fertigation is a process in which synthetic or organic fertilizer is distributed along with water in your drip or spray irrigation system. There is abundant research available that supports the superiority of fertigation as compared to traditional fertilizing techniques.

Low Volume Type Irrigation

Also known as Low-flow irrigation systems, or microirrigation, is an irrigation method that operates under a lower water pressure than spray or rotor systems with a “lower-flow” resulting when combined with water delivery components. Low volume irrigation is used in agriculture, horticulture, nursery and other growing industries.

Compost Teas

Compost tea makes the benefits of compost go farther. What’s more, when sprayed on the leaves, compost tea helps suppress foliar diseases, increases the amount of nutrients available to the plant, helps rebuild soil and speeds the breakdown of toxins. Compost teas can also be distributed through the irrigation system via fertilizer Injection.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we have the ability to services the entire Bay Area as well as Sacramento, Fresno and Bakersfield.

Through our extensive network of irrigation professionals we are also able to extend our services to Southern California.

Conservation in the landscape depends on intelligent use of water resources. Many landscape professionals rely on irrigation systems to supplement water that plants receive from rainfall.

Keeping these systems functioning properly is key to conserving water. Using an irrigation auditor to help determine if your irrigation systems are working adequately and comply with local and state requirements is truly a sound investment.

At Architectural Solutions, our experience in the landscape and irrigation industry goes back more than thirty years. Our auditors follow the practices and guidelines outlined by the Irrigation Association, a non-profit organization that supports the irrigation industry and promotes resourceful water management.

We are certified and accredited by the Irrigation Association and by the EPA Water Sense Certified Partner program, making us one of the most qualified in our field.
